Artist Corner: Ryan Miller's Stairway Sessions

Ryan Miller returns this week to HottyToddy.com’s ‘Artist Corner’ with his rendition of Chris Stapleton’s “Nobody to Blame.”

Miller, who works at the Center for Manufacturing Excellence at Ole Miss, has found a number of unique locations on campus that have wonderful acoustics. He said he believes music has the ability to heal and to soothe when the soul needs it the most. Every now and then, Miller will steal away for a break from stress, routine or pressure to imbibe in the richness that is the element of stairway acoustics.
“It doesn’t matter what one sings, how good one is or who can hear,” Miller said. “It is fun and often cathartic.”
“Stairway Session” was created as Miller’s own musical therapy but has morphed into an encouragement to others to be musical.
