Quarterback
1. Chad Kelly
2. DeVante Kincade

Note: This will be Chad Kelly’s game against Memphis as he will face a weak defense with a great offense in Memphis. If we get into a shootout, Kelly will not back down from the opportunity to throw the football.

Running Back
1. Jaylen Walton
2. Jordan Wilkins

Note: Jaylen Walton has been banged up and did not play at all against New Mexico State although he should be available this weekend against Memphis. Jordan Wilkins will get some key touches to take the load off of Walton.

Wide Receiver
1. Laquon Treadwell
2. Damore’ea Stringfellow

Note: Damore’ea Stringfellow should be available to return after not playing against New Mexico State. Laquon Treadwell should have a field day on this Memphis defense with their tallest defensive back being 6’0 while the other one is 5’10.

Wide Receiver
1. Cody Core
2. Derrick Jones

Note: Cody Core was very quiet last weekend but like the other receivers he could have a big day against this Memphis team if it gets into a high scoring affair.

Slot Receiver
1. Quincy Adeboyejo
2. Markell Pack

Note: Quincy Adeboyejo will be a big component coming out of the slot for the Chad Kelly passing game.

Tight End
1. Evan Engram
2. Taz Zettergren

Note: Evan Engram is looking at a day-to-day injury. Coach Freeze is still unsure that he will get the start or be able to go at his fullest potential Saturday. If he is out, Taz Zettergren should be the starter. Zettergren had one reception for 20 yards against New Mexico State.

Left Tackle
1. Fahn Cooper
2. Christian Morris

Note: Laremy Tunsil will return in time for the Texas A&M game following the Memphis game. Fahn Cooper will get one last start at left tackle for Tunsil against Memphis.

Left Guard
1. Javon Patterson
2. Jordan Sims

Note: Javon Patterson is one of the few who has neither been banged up this season nor has missed action for other reasons.

Center
1. Ben Still
2. Robert Conyers

Note: Ben Still received the start last game because of the Robert Conyers injury. Conyers is now listed as a day-to-day decision.

Right Guard
1. Justin Bell
2. Rod Taylor

Note: There has been a lot of speculation that Justin Bell will be returning the last two weeks but this should be the game that he actually does make a return. Coach Freeze hopes to see Bell back at his starting position.

Right Tackle
1. Sean Rawlings
2. Jeremy Liggins

Note: Jeremy Liggins wore number 66 last weekend as he played right tackle for a good bit. Liggins looked pretty good and I think he will backup Sean Rawlings this week at right tackle.

Defensive End
1. Fadol Brown
2. Channing Ward

Note: Last weekend, we saw a lot of Fadol Brown and Channing Ward. We saw Ward playing first and second down with Brown playing third down. This week it should be mostly handled by Brown with Ward in there for Brown’s relief.

Defensive Tackle
1. Robert Nkemdiche
2. Breeland Speaks

Note: Robert Nkemdiche will try to get the backfield where the 6’7 quarterback Paxton Lynch will stand for Memphis. It could be tough with the possible double team, but we’ve seen him get by it plenty of times.

Nose Tackle
1. Woodrow Hamilton
2. D.J. Jones

Note: D.J. Jones played some time with the first team defensive line last weekend but at the moment we will keep it with Woodrow Hamilton as the starting nose tackle.

Defensive End
1. Marquis Haynes
2. John Youngblood

Note: Marquis Haynes collected two tackles last weekend with both of them being sacks. Haynes leads the Rebels in sacks with 3.5 this season.

Outside Linebacker
1. Denzel Nkemdiche
2. DeMarquis Gates

Note: Denzel Nkemdiche has been a leader emotionally and statistically on this Landshark defense. He has stepped up to lead the team in tackles with 38 this season. He could be a spy for the check downs and quarterback keepers of Paxton Lynch.

Middle Linebacker
1. Terry Caldwell
2. Christian Russell

Note: Terry Caldwell received the start against New Mexico State for the injured C.J. Johnson at middle linebacker. He could have to guard the tight end Alan Cross for Memphis.

Nickel
1. Mike Hilton
2. A.J. Moore

Note: Mike Hilton will slide down to play nickel against the Tigers this week. Last week, Hilton had four tackles; three of them were for a loss, and an interception.

Cornerback
1. Kendarius Webster
2. Carlos Davis

Note: Kendarius Webster will have his hands full with the deep passes from Paxton Lynch and Memphis. Carlos Davis will be the backup for Tee Shepard who retired from the game following the Florida game.

Cornerback
1. Tony Bridges
2. Kailo Moore

Note: Tony Bridges will most likely have the task of guarding Mose Frazier who leads Memphis in receptions with 21. We could see a lot of man here as Bridges will have to be physical with Frazier.

Free Safety
1. C.J. Hampton
2. Chief Brown

Note: C.J. Hampton has started one game this season and should continue to get the starts at free safety while Tony Connor is out at the nickel position.

Rover
1. Trae Elston
2. C.J. Moore

Note: Trae Elston leads the team in interceptions grabbing another one last weekend against New Mexico State. Elston will move to the rover position with Mike Hilton’s move to nickel.

Kicker
1. Gary Wunderlich
2. Andy Pappanastos

Note: Gary Wunderlich could have to kick a lot of extra points on Saturday against Memphis. He added another field goal to his total last Saturday against New Mexico State.

Punter
1. Will Gleeson
2. Gary Wunderlich

Note: The Aussie punter Will Gleeson will probably not be forced to punt a lot in this ball game. We could see him in a fake punt situation similar to the one against Vanderbilt.

Kickoff Specialist
1. Nathan Noble
2. Gary Wunderlich

Note: Nathan Noble should not have a problem kicking the ball out of the back of the endzone when the wind has his back. On Saturday, the high is 66 degrees with 11 mile per hour wind coming out of the northeast.
