UPDATE: The customer support lines are operating once again, a representative noted that service is slowly returning in several areas.
MaxxSouth is currently experiencing a region-wide outage on their internet and cable services.
“Dear Valued Customer, we are currently experiencing a service outage affecting all of MaxxSouth’s service areas. We are currently working to restore the services as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Sincerely, The MaxxSouth Broadband Team.”
HottyToddy.com was unable to reach MaxxSouth’s customer support line. A prerecorded message explained that the company’s ability to take customer calls was affected by the outage as well.
The company has yet to post about any updates on the outage on social media.
