Oxford collected several accolades in this year’s ‘Best of Mississippi 2018’ sponsored by Mississippi Magazine. 
Oxford was awarded ‘Best Downtown Area’ along with additional honorable mentions in food, arts and entertainment. The votes are cast by the magazine’s readers and ranked accordingly.

Curl up with a book at Square Books or step into Neilson’s, the South’s oldest department store. Mayor Robyn Tannehill tweeted how proud she was to see the City of Oxford at the top of this year’s list.
