The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department took a report on Monday in reference to a sexual battery and (touching of a child for lustful purpose) statutory rape.
Investigators spoke with witnesses and victims and then arrested 19-year-old Benjamin Wesley Adams of Oxford on the charge of allegedly molesting a minor.
Adams was transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center where at this time he is awaiting bond.
