NWS: Severe Weather Likely For Oxford Today

A new High Impact Weather Briefing issued at 4:42 am, Friday, March 28, 2014 from the National Weather Service in Memphis, Tenn.:

The primary severe weather risks should be damaging winds and large hail. An isolated tornado cannot be completely ruled out but should not be the primary severe weather risk.
