Hill Country Records presents a Fall Songwriters’ Showcase on Thursday at Proud Larry’s. The even begins with a listening party, featuring Hill Country Records releases, and then artists in the round beginning at 8 p.m. The latter portion features label recording artists George McConnell, Cary Hudson, Tyler Keith, Tate Moore, Jim Ellis, Ron Etheridge, Holley Peel, and Carl Massengale.
The record label specializes in musical recordings of artists from Mississippi.
