Harry Potter book nightYoung witches and wizards can gather at the Ole Miss Bookstore at 4 p.m. and enjoy a magical night until 6 p.m. The bookstore is ready to introduce the next generation to the books so loved by the children’s older siblings and babysitters.

The night will begin with the Sorting Hat placing them in one of the four Hogwarts houses. After all are placed the children will compete for house points in the challenges ahead. These challenges include a costume contest, readings from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, and a trivia contest. The second store of the bookstore will be dressed up with snacks inspired by scrumptious wizard foods in the books.
