Oxford Garden Club Fundraiser Blooms in Conference Center

The Oxford Garden Club’s first biennial fundraiser was a huge success Thursday morning, filling the Oxford Conference Center with unique vendors and fascinated residents.

Merchants from outside of Oxford came in droves with antiques, jewelry, homemade crafts and more. After lunch, “The Dynamic Duo” Peggy Snipes, a floral designer, and her daughter and landscape architect Brantley Snipes, discussed their secrets to a beautiful home in every season.

All proceeds from the event will benefit St. Peter’s Episcopal Church and Oxford Memorial Cemetery to fund future landscaping.
