The Student Activities Association will welcome American Idol winning artist Fantasia to The Grove at 9 p.m. Friday.
A native of North Carolina, Fantasia rose to fame after winning season three of American Idol. Her debut album, Free Yourself, was released in 2004 and went platinum. She has released three subsequent albums.
Her most recent album, Side Effect of You, was released in 2013 and reached number one on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums Chart.
