History in the making:

Mississippi is known as the birthplace of America’s music, so it is no surprise that these two Mississippians are dominating the American Idol competition. It is speculated that La’Porsha and Trent will be the final two contestants, and ensure a Mississippi winner. The history making does not stop there. American Idol is currently in its final season of running. What a way to go out- having two Mississippians in the top three, and the last American Idol a possible Mississippian!

Continue to watch and support Trent and La’Porsha next week on the three-night American Idol Grand Finale show starting April 5, at 8 to 9 p.m. (ET/PT). In the final show, the 15th American Idol will be crowned, along with a tribute to all past American Idols.
