Former Ole Miss QB Chad Kelly will start the final preseason game on Thursday night as the Denver Broncos take on the Arizona Cardinals. Kickoff is set for 9 p.m. on the NFL Network.

On Monday, head coach Vance Jospeh announced that Kelly would start the game and play a half, according to a Broncos press release.

Kelly has had a dominating preseason in just his second year in a Broncos uniform. Since week one he completed 28-of-41 passes for 340 yards with three touchdowns and an interception. In the three games he posted a 107.8 QB rating.

The Broncos open up regular season play next Sunday as they host the Seattle Seahawks.
