1109 Van Buren Hosts Events for LOU Community

The 1109 Van Buren invites the LOU community to attend these upcoming activities at Oxford’s premier “Small Hall” event space.

Small Hall Songwriters Showcase
January 19th
7-9 pm

Single Admission: $8 for members, $10 for non-members
Couples’ Admission: $12 for members/$15 for non-members

Come listen to original songs by the 10 finalists and come cast your vote for audience favorite! Help your favorite musician win a prize! Winners will be announced at the end of the night.

The Small Hall concert series has partnered with Pop Up Oxford Festival to host the second annual Songwriters Contest and Showcase. The event will kick off the Pop Up Oxford Festival by celebrating regional songwriters and performers.

Bitters and Bites
January 22nd
6-8 pm
The Small Hall (1109 Van Buren)

Learn the roots of classic speakeasy cocktails with some of Oxford’s best bartenders, Joe from Saint Leo and Ivy from Snackbar. Drinks will be paired with hors-d’oeuvres from Saint Leo and the City Grocery Restaurant Group.

Prices: $50 for members/$60 for non-members
