Food Truck! Cajun Food Truck at Liz's Farmers Market in Oxford

When I was out shopping today I noticed this food truck operating next to Liz’s Farmers Market on Old Highway 7 (North Lamar) above the 3-Way intersection.
Liz told me that, for now, they’ll be operating from 11-6 on Wednesdays and Saturdays. She says they’re from West Monroe, Louisiana.
I haven’t tried it yet. The menu is chicken and sausage gumbo, chicken sausage and shrimp jambalaya, chicken creole, shrimp creole, and calas (rice beignets, which I’d have said was far more creole than cajun). The entrees are all priced at $6.74 and the calas at $3.95.
