Incoming first graders will have a chance to say “Aloha!” to their new school before the 2016-2017 school year begins.
Students and parents are invited to attend an Open House Luau at Oxford Elementary School, 1637 Highway 30 East, Oxford, on Thursday, May 12, 2016, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. However, school officials ask parents to RSVP online at www.oxfordsd.org/OES prior to the school event.
Parents and first graders who attend will tour first-grade classrooms, meet school teachers, and gain an inside look at the school cafeteria and special area classrooms.
